A simple practice is rich and Joy is all around, dude. Really, no belief required — well maybe enough to get you practicing and seeing for yourself. Please don’t confuse the frequency of the Mindfuling podcast release dates with how frequently you should be practicing mindful meditation. Daily is the prescription!
