Conditions can be painful, so change them but they’re not ideal either — just sound, certainly not painful so suffering is truly just a option. But a more better option is Just Sound, no ideals, just sound. Awesome, actually soothing sound. Awake not asleep.

Kneeling can be a wise posture at times. Upright, easy breathing, another way to practice and appropriate at times, like in reverence to the stationary robot of the kitchen.
