Breath Awareness even when on the Summer Time schedule, beware of lovely trance states too, perhaps especially this season. The greatest wealth, the greatest peace is sometimes called contentment with what actually is, regardless of particulars. Peace is in the present. This doesn't been approval or acceptance of what is going on it means being genuinely present to what is going on.
