Mindfulness is not what you think. Or, don't believe everything you think. Or, get over your self. Or, I Get confused by my thoughts and actually believe them to be truer than true.
Ya, it is a rabbit hole if you stay thinking, reading, listening to others talk. Learn to practice being fully Mindful across the foundations and this all makes sense. It is clear beyond words.
