The Divine Homes are Goodwill, Compassion, Empathetic Joy and Equanimity. States to be cultivated and practiced so that they are known and fully in exercise of the Eight Fold Path for proper balance. Here is an edited version of the practice from a class I gave at South Shore Insight. The edit accentuates the Self-Compassion and Universal trajectory of the path.
