Standing, meditating in nature, on a bay of the Atlantic. Tide lapping at the marsh edge. You don't need a Bay to stand and practice meditation but you do need a place in nature where the sharks will not interrupt. Sound field is really alive so use it! Focus, concentrate. Stand in a relaxed but awake manner. Eyes open or closed. Steady and awake is your body, your vessel. Even a short practice such as this can deepen your sense of well being, especially when supported by other, daily longer practices of mindful seated meditation.
