Listening with awareness and wakefulness. Not falling asleep. Arranging the body for this practice. Many layers but just listen to all. Sort of like a super 4'33" but without the pauses. Bamboo Rain and of course other incidental sounds on recording and in your present time of listening. Trees sing.
